The blast-frozen fish has no wilting or mushiness after defrosting in the fridge. Very tasty pan fried Hong Kong style.
The vacuum packed flash frozen fillets were properly cleaned and gutted. Love to marinate the fillets with spices especially turmeric before air frying them...delicious and healthy.
I used to purchase whole fish and request the fish monger to debone and then I cut them into small pieces and pack them into little bags. Pros - cheaper to buy whole fish and can check for bones thoroughly , Cons - time consuming to slice the fish into small pieces and handling is quite tedious and may affect the freshness of the fish
My purchase from Fish Club saves a lot of my time and the fish is very fresh and tasty. My baby loves it very much. Of course it it still advisable to check for bones, but so far no bones found. I recommend Fish Club to busy mum like me.
