Delivery Time
The delivery of order is fully handled by a third-party logistics company. Please be informed that specific delivery time requests will not be entertained.
Though we try our best to provide an estimated arrival time upon request, the actual delivery time can be affected by external factors such as traffic conditions.
To avoid any delay of delivery, we advise our customers to ensure availability to receive their orders, or provide alternatives (e.g. leave at guard house / neighbour receive on behalf) at own risk.
In the event of failed delivery attempt due to customer’s unavailability, additional delivery fee applies for re-delivery on next possible delivery date.
In the event of failed delivery attempt due to logistics issue, a new delivery date will be assigned, or you may choose to cancel the order for a full refund.
Reschedule Delivery
Should there be a need to reschedule your order delivery, kindly inform us at least 1 day (JB) / 2 days (Others) before original delivery date.
- Delivery date change for each order is limited to maximum of 1 time only.
- New delivery date should be within 7 days from original delivery date.
- Reschedule of self-collect orders is not allowed.
Change Delivery Address
Should there be a need to update your delivery address, kindly inform us at least 1 day (JB) / 2 days (Others) before the delivery date.
Any address change later than that will result in a postponement of delivery up to 7 days.
Please be informed that only one delivery address is accepted per order, there is strictly no flexibility in changing delivery address on the day according to delivery time. For example, requests such as “Please deliver to home address if delivered after office hours” will not be entertained.
Self-Collect Orders
Effective from 1 Oct 2022, a small handling fee of RM5 will be imposed on all self-collect orders below RM50, and the fee will be waived for orders above RM50. On regular days, any self-collect order must be redeemed within 7 days from from selected pick-up date. Orders unclaimed after the stated period will be cancelled automatically with full refund.
10 Dec 2024-Feb 2025 - Due to limited storage space at the physical store during CNY peak period, all self-collect order must redeemed within 3 days from selected pick up date. If the order has not been collected within stated period, an additional handling fee of RM30 will be charged upon order collection. If you need to change your order collection date, please contact our customer service at least 3 days before original collection date. *Date change is subject to daily order limit.
