Probiotic White Pork is a three-way cross between Yorkshire, Duroc & Landrace, making it an international breed. Our pigs are selectively bred to ensure consistent quality and are also fed with Lactobacillus probiotics daily for their well-being.

A mince of shoulder loin, shoulder arm & shoulder lean meat. Roughly 80-90% lean meat and 10-20% fat.
