Cooking Method :
Rinse the herbs with water (except for the white ingredient packet) and add them to a pot of water based on your preference (recommended 1-1.5L). Bring it to a boil on high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 mins. After 45 mins, add meat (pork ribs or chicken) and simmer for an additional hour. Meat is optional and can be omitted.
