Job Scope

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a clear and polite manner
  • Assist customers with all before and after sales issues by offering adequate solutions
  • Understand customer needs and provide helpful information
  • Work closely with warehouse & logistics to ensure smooth delivery of goods
  • Collect customer feedback and create weekly reports
