Seafood prices fluctuate from time to time according to the season and availability of catch or harvest. Fish Club reserves the right to update any product prices without any prior notice. However, we will always honour the price at the point of sale.



Whole / Twin: The weight stated on product page is the *live weight (gross weight) of the fish before gutting and scaling. Removal of fish guts and scales reduces the live weight by 15~25%.

Fillet: The weight stated on product page is the *processed weight (nett weight) after removal of fish guts, scales, bones and head. The yield of pure fillet for a fish varies based on fish species.

*Live weight is the weight of the fish when you first land it on the boat. *Processed weight is the weight of the fish after removal of guts, scales, skin, bones and head.



All products listed are subjected to availability. In the event of where your ordered item becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued or we can also substitute with another item(s) of equal value upon request.



Delivery of frozen items are highly time-sensitive. We kindly seek our customers’ cooperation to ensure availability to receive their order on selected delivery date.

In the event of first failed delivery attempt due to customer’s unavailability, additional delivery fee applies for re-delivery on next possible delivery date.

In the event of second failed delivery attempt due to customer’s unavailability, Fish Club reserves the right to cancel the order with no refund and goods shall not be retrievable.


Delivery Time

Johor Bahru 10am – 6pm
Kuala Lumpur 11am – 7pm

Delivery times are subjected to efficient route planning based on delivery addresses of the day. Please be informed that we are unable to fulfill specific delivery time requests.

Though we try our best to provide an estimated delivery time range upon request, actual delivery time can be affected by external factors such as traffic conditions.

To avoid any delay or additional delivery fee, we advise our customers to ensure availability to receive their orders, or provide alternatives (e.g. leave at guard house / neighbour receive on behalf) at own risk.


Reschedule Delivery

If you need to reschedule your order delivery, kindly inform us at least 1 day (JB) / 2 days (KL/SG) before original delivery date.

  • Delivery date change for each order is limited to maximum of 1 time only.
  • New delivery date should be within 7 days from original delivery date.
  • Reschedule of self-collect orders are NOT allowed.


Change Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address, kindly inform us at least 1 day (JB) / 2 days (KL) before delivery date.

Any address change later than that will result in postponement of delivery (up to 3 days).

Please be informed that only ONE delivery address is accepted per order, there is strictly no flexibility in changing delivery address on the day according to delivery time. For example, requests such as “Please deliver to home address if deliver after office hours” will not be entertained.


Unclaimed Self-Collect Orders

Any self-collect order must be redeemed within 7 days from from selected pick-up date. Orders unclaimed after the stated period will be cancelled automatically with full refund.


Missing / Damaged / Wrong Item Received

Kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the following:

  • the paper invoice that attached to your order, and
  • the item(s) received

Our customer service will assist you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


Unsatisfied with Our Products

Kindly contact us within 90 days of delivery and provide the following:

  • a photo of the product packaging showing Fish Club sticker with batch code, and
  • a photo / video showing the product condition (colour / texture etc)

Our customer service will assist you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We seek your kind cooperation as a quick chat is required for us to access the situation. Should there be any quality issue, an adequate compensation will be given.

Voucher / Coupon Code

  • All promo coupon codes are valid for one-time redemption per user.
  • Users can only apply ONE (1) promotion code per order. Certain coupon code exclusions may apply.
  • Some promo codes may have limited redemptions. Once they are fully redeemed, the promo codes are invalid.
  • All promo codes are not valid on products under promotions with indication that promo code is not applicable.
  • Minimum purchase amount is based on subtotal before promotion code is applied.
  • Minimum purchase requirement also excludes shipping fee (if applicable).
  • Promo codes are strictly not refundable and exchangeable for cash.
  • If a promo code is used on an order with more than one item, the discount value is evenly distributed to each item according to the item’s prorated value.
  • Any refund of a single item purchased in such order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The total discounted amount will not be refunded.
  • Fish Club will not extend the validity for unused expired e-Vouchers. No request via any form of correspondences will be entertained.
