From sustainable farming to high-tech processing, this antibiotic-free Rainbow Trout is certified with global food safety standards. The fish are harvested, cut and packed at the peak of freshness to produce fresh pre-rigor fillets. The fillets are air-flown imported to arrive in Malaysia within 48 hours of processing.
