Job Description
- To supervise the day to day operational functions and daily reports review of all retails and operations team at HQ
- Being in charge for website control (website fishclub, shopee, marketplace)
- Key in stock website.
- Stock arrangements to Retail Outlets.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- To maintain a scheduled, systematic & functional reporting format from all retails and operations team (HQ) for management review on a weekly or monthly basis.
- To work closely with other management team in monitoring and improving retails presence and awareness, CI, facilities, expenses control and customer service standards.
- Prepare & compile Yearly Branches Sales & Business Operations Budget.
- Responsible to perform other tasks as may be assigned by CEO or Management from time to time accordingly.
